LifeCycle Pharma Sells Fenoglide Royalty Stream

LifeCycle Pharma A/S has sold the royalty stream in North America related to its first commercialized product, Fenoglide, for the treatment of hyperlipidemia and hypertriglyceridemia, to Cowen Healthcare Royalty Partners, L.P.

The total payment of up to EUR 71 million based on certain sales milestones including an upfront payment of EUR 19.6 million. Fenoglide was launched in the U.S. in February 2008 and is marketed by Sciele Pharma Inc.
